AAA Mid Atlantic Tag & Title Coordinator (Maryland) in Brandywine, Maryland

Responsibilities:

  • Process driver’s license and vehicle registration applications.

  • Provide expert guidance on licensing and registration policies.

  • Mentor title clerks and ensure accurate title processing.

  • Promote AAA products and services, such as memberships, credit cards, and insurance.

  • Assist with overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak times.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED.

  • Minimum 1 year of tag and title work, preferably 18 months.

  • At least 3 years of sales/customer service experience.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficient computer skills and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of Motor Vehicle Title system preferred.

  • Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.

  • Satisfactory criminal history and compliance with state-specific legal requirements.

  • The ability to successfully complete all required training workshops for Title Service Agents.
