The Role

Profissional irá prover orientações ao cliente sobre a utilização de diferentes produtos, ofertas e serviços. Realizará atendimento de chamados, tratamento e resolução de problemas, bem como encaminhamento de incidentes para o nível de suporte adequado. Além de desempenhar um papel fundamental na satisfação geral do cliente.

Requisitos:

• Conhecimento dos sistemas operacionais Windows, Mac ou Linux

• Conhecimento de suporte Help Desk

• Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos e escalas diversificadas (home office)

Desejável:

• Experiência anterior com suporte ao cliente

• Inglês ou espanhol avançado (temos vagas para atendimento em clientes globais)
