The Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.

This position is part of the Technical Service Department located Bratislava and will be fully remote. You will be responsible for installation and maintenance of Beckman Coulter equipment in the territory of Republic of Slovakia . You should be ideally located in commuting distance from Ružomberok .

You will be a part of the Technical Service Team and report to the Field Technical Service Supervisor, responsible for managing installation and maintenance of Beckman Coulter products in Slovakia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Installation and service support for Beckman Coulter equipment

• Providing authoritative support on the site and by telephone

• Maintaining professional relationship with the customers by providing technical user training to customers

• Supporting new products introduction

• Supporting Service team in all customers related activities

• Reporting service activities, entering and closing tasks in SMS

• Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods

  The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar discipline with 1+ year experience

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Slovak required

• Computer skills in MS Office

  It would be a plus if you also possess:

• Logical and creative thinking and problem-solving approach

• Developed analytical skills and application of scientific methods to perform a variety of activities

• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established operating procedures and/or scientific methods

Servisný inžinier pre spoločnosť Beckman Coulter Diagnostics je zodpovedný za servis, opravu a/alebo inštaláciu produktov alebo IT riešení u zákazníka, vrátane technického overenia v súlade so zmluvami o údržbe.

Táto pozícia je súčasťou servisného oddelenia so sídlom v Bratislave, pričom samotná práca je vykonávaná u zákazníka. V ideálnom prípade by ste sa mali nachádzať v oblasti Ružomberka. Budete zodpovedný za inštaláciu a údržbu zariadení Beckman Coulter na území Slovenskej republiky.

V tejto úlohe budete mať príležitosť:

• Inštalovať a poskytovať servisnú podporu pre zariadenia Beckman Coulter.

• Poskytovanať podporu telefonicky aj priamo u zákazníka.

• Udržiavať profesionálne vzťahy so zákazníkmi prostredníctvom poskytovania technických školení užívateľov.

• Podporovať zavádzanie nových produktov.

• Podporovať servisný tím pri všetkých činnostiach súvisiacich so zákazníkmi.

• Zaznamenávať servisnú činnosť, zadávanť a uzatvárať úlohy v evidenčnom systéme SMS

• Prácovať v rámci štandardných operačných postupov a/alebo vedeckých metód

  Medzi základné požiadavky na túto prácu patrí:

• Vysokoškolské vzdelanie s technickým zameraním v odbore elektronika, mechatronika alebo v podobnom odbore s praxou 1+ rok

• Znalosť slovenského jazyka v písomnej aj hovorenej forme.

• Požaduje sa znalosť anglického jazyka – mierne pokročilý (B1) v písomnej aj hovorenej forme. Porozumenie technickej dokumentácie, absolvovanie školení v zahraničí.

• Počítačové zručnosti v MS Office

Bolo by výhodou, ak by ste mali aj:

• Logické a kreatívne myslenie a prístup k riešeniu problémov.

• Rozvinuté analytické schopnosti a uplatňovanie vedeckých metód pri vykonávaní rôznych činností

• Schopnosť rozpoznať a samostatne riešiť typické problémy, ktoré sa môžu vyskytnúť na pracovisku bez priameho dozorovania nadriadeného; vyhodnotiť a vyberať riešenia zo zavedených pracovných postupov a/alebo vedeckých metód.
