You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

How you will contribute

  • Achieve sales targets (net. Revenue, Volume, customer profitability etc.) for dedicated customers in respective category

  • Develop sales strategy for dedicated customer derived from customer strategy and building on Mondelez category strategy

  • Successfully negotiate annual agreements with customer as well short term initiatives in line with budgets

  • Lead and develop team with Junior Key Account Manager / JUMP and / or team of clerks in Key Account Service

  • Manage internal representation in category alignments for Biscuit/Meals to streamline trade/customer/Channel requirement for the internal stakeholders in the relevant category

  • Ensure achievements of sales KPI’s (assortment, promotions, distribution (TDP), shelf space and appearance)

  • Manage agreements for coordinated cross category activities based on specific customers and business strategies and marketing programs to achieve AC targets.

  • Establish/maintain strong customer contacts with relevant customer functions (purchasers, sales, marketing, logistics). Ensure best in class cooperation at central level.

  • Manage optimal interaction between national and regional accounts. Manage best practice exchange within national customer teams.

  • Support the National Key Account Manager by developing and implementing local business strategies and activities.

What you will bring

  • Total work experience 5+ years /approx. 3 years Key Account experience or equivalent in sales function

  • Profound overall knowledge and understanding of all relevant sales aspects & German Trade

  • Negotiation skills to achieve beneficial customer agreements in line with mandate and budgets

  • Strategic thinking to connect all internal dots with external customer requirements

  • Deep Knowledge about Mondelez Customer & Shopper insight tools and processes

  • Cross Functional background helpful

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
