You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.

  • Execute the strategy for the customer

  • Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).

  • Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations.

Your responsibilities will also include:

eCommerce

  • Customer Joint Business Planning - both pure-play and bricks & clicks

  • Full P&L responsibility

  • eCommerce white space exploration (especially in the area of eGifting, eB2B, Food Aggregators, instant delivery services)

  • eCommerce Flywheel management (content, activation, digital retail media, search, promo)

  • eCom Analytics (Google, Flywheel metrics, Amazon KPI measurement)

Digital Shopper Media

  • Performance and digital retail media responsibility

  • Integrated media planning

Lead of SnackFutures Hub GER :

  • Lean startup responsibility, incuding rapid prototyping, design thinking, Scrum, IRL, Transactional learning etc. methodologies in innovation projects

Your profile:

  • Solid experience in similar role, including strong commercial background

  • Strong strategical mindset and out-of-the box thinking

  • Understanding multiple customers, go-to market strategies, structure and business practices

  • “Interpreneurial” Mindset: Passion for inventing, validating and scaling new business models

  • Experience in performance and digital retail media

  • Integrated media planning skills, as well as understanding of processes and responsibilities

  • Strong people leadership skills

  • True passion for eCommerce and digital sales as well as genuine interest in future trends

  • Fluent English skills; very good German strongly preferred

  • Ability to navigate the divide between being anchored in matrix organization with respective objectives (commercially oriented) and taking a disciplined approach to identifying, piloting and scaling new (digital) business opportunities at Mondelēz (creatively

  • Dealing with ambiguity

  • Outstanding negotiation and influential skills together with strong sense for collaboration, both internally and externally

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .

Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
