Purpose of Position:

Reporting to the Director, Helium Cliffside, Messer Helium Cliffside LLC (MHC), the person in this role will lead the commercial aspects of Messer Helium Cliffside LLC, a wholly-owned entity of Messer LLC established to own and operate the Helium System acquired by Messer from the US Bureau of Land Management. The Helium System includes the Amarillo, TX wellfields & crude helium reservoir (Bush Dome), the crude helium production plant, and the 400+ mile Crude Helium Pipeline that runs form Amarillo, TX to Bushton, KS with third-party owned plants connected along the way that inject crude helium into the pipeline and/or remove crude helium from the pipeline.

Principal Responsibilities:

* Directing the activities to calculate correct user fees to recover the cost of operating the System in accordance with provisions of the storage contracts.

* Determining share of pipeline capacity allocation to each customer and executing requested transactions on a day-to-day basis.

* Developing operating and revenue budgets.

* Ensuring accurate inventory accounting of crude helium transfers and balances for 3rd party-owned crude helium stored in the Helium System under storage contracts with MHC.

* Ensuring accurate accounting of the costs of operating the Helium System.

* Ensuring accurate invoicing of and timely collections from storage contract holders.

* Reporting and communicating on inventory balances and System-related activity to storage contract holders.

* Maximizing value received for sales of natural gas, NGL's and any other minerals to which MHC has rights through sales processes and price management.

* Managing commercial relationships and execution of requested transactions related to services provided by MHC to crude helium storage contract holders, crude helium producers, and buyers of natural gas and NGL's.

* Working with Messer LLC teams to execute necessary work in finance, tax, treasury, legal and other support functions.

* Protecting data privacy of storage contract holders.

Qualifications:

* Required: Bachelor degree Engineering or relevant business discipline

* 5-7 years combined experience in finance/accounting, commercial management and/or business-development roles.

* Minimum 3 years of responsibility managing customer relationships

* Proficiency with inventory accounting concepts

* Willing to spend significant (minimum 25%) time in Amarillo, TX.

Preferred:

* 3+ Experience in Industrial Gases, Chemical Processing/Refineries, or Pipeline related commercial positions.

* Demonstrated experience managing commercial agreements.
