Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Build for the Future: Develop and roll out a comprehensive training and development program that addresses both current needs and long-term growth opportunities for manufacturing employees, including onboarding training.

• Organize and Coordinate Trainings: Plan and manage training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery and effective participation .

• Continuous Improvement: Use feedback and assessments to identify improvement areas and implement tailored training programs.

• Collaborate with Management : Work closely with manufacturing leaders to align training with operational goals.

• Coordinate Trainers: Manage and support trainers to ensure consistent delivery of training content.

• Bring Learning to Life: Design and deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions including learning resources that combine technical skills with personal development.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• A proven track record in training and development.

• Experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs.

• Excellent communication skills to connect with people at all levels.

• Organizational and project management skills—you love to plan and execute!

• Experience in leading or coordinating teams to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of training programs.

• Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken) is essential.

• Bonus points for experience with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
