The position:

Project manager is responsible for leading projects in collaboration with Operations Engineering team, production, sourcing, R&D logistics etc. Supervises project requirements, deliverables and project plan and communicates within company and with suppliers.

The position is suitable for both a graduate and an project manager or process engineer with experience. Everyone who is passionate, proactive, and studious. So don't worry and come and show us what you can do. We will guide you through the rest.

What will you do:

• Initiate, plan and implement assigned projects.

• Estimate project capex budget and deliver the project not exceeding the forecast budget.

• Build and present project report out to leadership.

• Craft project plans with supporting analysis.

• Work alongside other team members and closely collaborate with several departments (R&D, production, sourcing, service etc.) in order to efficiently bring fresh, up-to-date and innovative ideas to our customers.

• Work with the team in searching for solutions to improve product quality and optimize production processes

• Suggest design improvements based on recent technical knowledge, and submit an engineering change requests

• Maintain the test equipment at suppliers and in our production, and if needed, design and implement changes

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• University degree in a technical field (mechanics or precision mechanics), or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills

• Good general technical overview, dexterity, ability to address things in a team, but also independently

• Excellent social skills and proficient English

• Strong communication and social skills combined with team building skills and desire for further development

• Must have the ability to acquire a valid passport and travel regionally and internationally as required (up to 25% of working time)
