Capital Improvements Project Manager BROCKTON HOUSING AUTHORITY The Brockton Housing Authority, a nationally recognized and award winning public housing authority, is presently accepting applications from experienced construction administrators for the position of Capital Improvements Project Manager. Nature of Work: The role of the Capital Improvement Project Manager is to provide complementary support to the Director of Capital Improvements. In conjunction with the Director, the Project Manager is directly involved in all capital improvement projects; from budget formulation to project close-out. In concert with the Director, the Project Manager interacts with outside funding agencies, city departments, utility companies, architects and contractors to ensure the efficient progression of capital projects for both the BHA and its affiliated non-profits. The junior Project Manager will be the primary contact and provide oversite to the placement, continued operation, and other related activities of the Authority Cellular Antenna program in conjunction with the Director.
