Brockton Hospital Talent Acquisition Partner in Brockton, Massachusetts

Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on the understanding of the organizational business and talent needs. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position will be an integral part of the Human Resources Department to ensure that talent pipelines are developed, also partners with hiring Managers to support hiring initiatives throughout the organization and that an outstanding customer experience is provided to all candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides input to ensure that departments consist of diverse and qualified individuals.

  • Forms relationships with hiring Managers to ensure that staffing needs are being met with long term strategy in mind and to ensure clear expectations for hiring needs.

  • Coaches and advises management on interview methodologies and pre-employment compliance best practices.

  • Collaborates with the Human Resources Department regarding the planning of on-site recruitment events.

  • Works closely with community based programs and local colleges/technical schools in order to promote the organization’s brand, job openings and opportunities within the hospital and ambulatory facilities.

  • Maintains records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork.

  • Managing of hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Works closely with current employees and the Management team on any internal transfer throughout the organization.

  • Daily management of requisitions to review applications, vet and disposition candidates for existing and future searches.

  • Conducting phone interviews, on-site interviews and Zoom interviews with potential candidates.

  • Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.

  • Drives talent pipeline by researching, identifying, attracting and generating pools of qualified candidates by evaluating profiles and resumes.

  • Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition/Onboarding Assistant to ensure that all candidates receive a positive and customer focused experience during the recruitment process.

  • Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager regarding initiatives to re-staff the hospital.

  • Participates in weekly department meetings.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

    Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization may exist.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Strong PC skills/Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

  • Previous experience in high volume talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes.

  • Previous experience working in within a hospital or healthcare environment preferred.

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.

  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.

  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential hire may have.

  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

    Experience (Type & Length): Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Human Resources experience specifically in Talent Acquisition. Previous experience in Healthcare recruiting preferred.
