Overview

Job Purpose

ICE ETF Hub is a platform that standardizes and simplifies the creation and redemption processes for Exchange Traded Products (ETP) through intuitive GUIs and APIs. ICE ETF Hub is utilized by liquidity providers, asset managers, transfer agents, distributors, and custodians in the US and Europe.

ICE is seeking a candidate who will work closely with internal and external business and technology partners to define requirements, and lead initiatives related to trade capture, order management, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of ETP primary and secondary market workflows
  • Produce detailed business and functional requirements based on user input and review of existing processes
  • Lead and participate in design and implementation sessions with the development and quality assurance teams
  • Attend industry events and client meetings, which may require travel
  • Respond to technical and functional inquiries

Knowledge and Experience

  • Detail oriented when documenting client requests and conversations
  • Able to communicate effectively in writing, virtually, and in-person
  • General knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Bachelor's degree required. A degree in finance or finance-adjacent major preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with VBA, SQL and Visio is a plus.

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.

New York Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role if located in New York City is between 87,600 - 128,800 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
