NYC-Knowledge in multiple burner systems (Ex: condensing, atmospheric and industrial) for Steam and Hot Water systems. Experience in oil burner systems. Skills in burner start-up and troubleshooting. Check or investigate new or old burner systems for proper operation and repair. Determine operational compliance with regulations and standards. Interprets blueprints, specifications or diagrams. Inspect and repair boiler fittings, such as safety valves, regulators, automatic-control mechanisms, water columns, and auxiliary machines. Must be able to work on an emergency/on-call basis, including but not limited to nights/weekends.
