Prose Beauty Inc. is hiring a Senior Creative Performance Manager in Brooklyn, New York to Drive initial workflow of creative projects for all media channels; create weekly deep dives on key performance channels to inform new rounds of briefings; manage relationships with external creative partners; conduct thorough competitive analysis on a monthly basis to inform promotional and USP landscape; develop AB and Multi-variate test designs for DR and upper funnel executions; oversee LP design and optimization by target segment and content territories; and own and build all creative reporting dashboards. $155,500 per year.Requirements: Minimum of a Master’s in Applied Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related applied analytical field and at least two years of experience in the following: analyzing in-market data to draft reports of marketing campaign performance metrics; developing research and learning agenda proposals detailing competitive audits, consumer profile analyses, and research methodologies; analyzing ecommerce data through CRM (Customer Relations Management database)/ Google Analytics/ BigCommerce to determine the efficiency of campaigns on clients’ DTC (direct-to-consumer) websites; and developing marketing strategies briefs based on consumer insights, market/category trends, and campaign performance metrics.Send resume and cover to Catalina Palau, VP People & Culture, Prose Beauty Inc., at recruiting@prosehair.com.
