1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6am-4:30pm (busy season overtime runs Friday 6am-11am) Pay $18-$22.00 Per hour DOE Shop Helper/General Labor/Mechanical Assembler You will be assigned projects to manage start to finish. The project will consist of steel that is on a pallet that will need to be moved around the entire shop to each department to be completed. Your job will be using the following hand tools(drills) radio drill press machines, grinding machine, use of measuring equipment (tape measure, ruler, & scales) 1/3 of the job is grinding this is not manual grinding this is where you insert the product into a machine and the machine grinds it for you. This is an Entry Level position who is interested in building things! You will be working in the machine shop budling custom machines.You will be learning step by step, operating different machines, reading blueprints, using tools and inspecting.
