Broadcom's Agile Operations Division is seeking a highly motivated Growth Product Manager to join our Enterprise Automation product team. You will play a pivotal role in leading strategic product initiatives to propel the growth of our Workload Automation portfolio.

Responsibilities: Own the roadmap for specific Workload Automation growth strategies, focusing on customer and user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Leverage user research, market data, and analytics to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven product strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful go-to-market execution. Champion a user-centric approach, fostering a deep understanding of customer pain points and desired outcomes. Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of product initiatives on growth metrics.

Qualifications: Bachelor's and 12+ years of experience in product management for B2B software products, preferably in Enterprise Automation category of software products. Proven track record of successfully driving growth for enterprise software products. Strong understanding of the enterprise automation landscape and market trends. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies. Experience in product discovery, user research, and building user empathy. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented, cross-functional environment.

Additional Job Description: Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $111,000- $185,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
