Job Overview and Responsibilities

Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and

Human Resources activities. We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to

contribute to this group’s transformation.

We are looking for someone to:

Join us to manage a variety of transformational projects to meet our business strategy while

experiencing a multinational working environment.

We count on you for:

• Create and own the transformation plan for GBS Procurement scope (Provisioning, Account

Payables, T&E, Car Fleet, Master Data).

• Lead on establishing the GBS business case, identify opportunities to deliver the business case and

take responsibility for realizing the business case, working closely with the Head of Service Line

• Lead and implement Transformations projects for GBS Procurement to support our ambitions of

simplification, standardization, and automation

• Stay aligned the ERP rebuild program team to ensure Syensqo gets the best out of the investments in

S/4HAN and other applications

• Support the digitisation strategy for GBS Procurement scope

• Staying abreast of developments in the market, to bring the latest thinking and best practices to GBS

our GBS capabilities.

It gives the candidate's the opportunity to be recognized as the orchestrator of our GBS Procurement

and benefit from a large autonomy to define how we will achieve our ambitions with respect to

process standardization (think globally, steer regional and local deployments).

You will bring:

Master degree level or equivalent

Experience in project management and transformation projects

Experience in TSA management is a plus

Procurement knowledge is a nice to have

Ability to impact and influence others

Drive, resilience and perseverance

Social intelligence

Strategic thinking and global vision

Education and Experience

● Bachelor's degree, master’s degree.

● Proven experience of minimum of 5-10 years in a shared services environment, with deep

knowledge and experience in Procure-To-Pay domain

● Experience in Projects and Transition Management

● Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

● Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Must-have language skills

Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
