Nestle Supply Chain Intern - Nestlé Waters (San Pellegrino, Perrier, etc) in Brussels, Belgium

Position Summary

Where will you work? Nestlé’s offices in Brussels and homeworking

When will you start? January 2025

How long will it last? 6 months

As part of the Supply Chain – Demand & Supply Planning Team – you will actively participate to the daily operations of Nestlé Waters.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the DSP team in the weekly routines: returnable glass management, KPI update and analysis, trend analysis, stock projection follow up…

  • Assure the backup of the DSP team during the holidays on a specific portfolio of products.

  • Prepare and improve the inputs of the DSP team in the monthly business process (forecasts reviews).

  • Manage specific activities (copacking for ex).

  • Participate to specific projects.

  • Improve and standardize the process.

  • Communicate updated information to key contacts (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics…).

You are curious and have developed analysis skills. You are a team player who is comfortable in with a fast-changing context. You are a good communicant who can easily adapt to multiple contacts and manage several subjects simultaneously. You don’t hesitate to challenge.

Additionally, we are looking look for:

  • You have or are getting an Economics/business Management Degree ideally with a Specialization in Supply Chain.

  • You are dynamic and force of proposition.

  • You have knowledge in and affinity with digital tools (Office, Teams, Power BI…).

  • You are native in French and have a good knowledge of professional English. Dutch is a plus.
