Schedule: * 100% * Second Shift, shift times will vary based on the department needs * Primary location is Bryan but must be willing to travel between CHWC facilities as needed * Schedule includes every other weekend and holiday rotation Qualifications: * High School Diploma * Completing of phlebotomy and or medical assistant program preferred. * Prefer at least one year of clinical phlebotomy experience Job Description: Performs a variety of secretarial, accounting, and computer procedures. Handles requests for information. Monitors information systems and acts as receptionist. Performs blood drawing procedures, processes specimens, pre-analytical procedures, some waived testing and culture set ups. Candidate must be extremely detail oriented. Job requires physical endurance, must be able to be on your feet the majority of the shift.
