Responsibilities

  • Track routine heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse ox levels

  • Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation

  • Quickly report and address any changes in condition

  • Patiently and thoroughly explain tests results and procedures to patients and family members

  • Educate patients on post-hospital care, including prescribed medicine, care maintenance, and prevention

We are offering a $20,000 Sign On Bonus in addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Licensure:

Required:

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma

• Bachelors in Nursing Preferred*

Medical Center - “Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) within 2 years from date of hire. Current employees grandfathered before July 2020.”

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas

• BLS with skills demonstration

Minimum Experience:

  • At least one (1) year of RN experience• Demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire

Pay Range

$28.50 - $43.46 /hour
