You will role model excellent customer service as serve as an ambassador for our business, ensuring our visitors have a first-class experience.
How you will contribute
You will:
Allocate people resources in your allocated area to manage customer volumes to deliver first-class customer service
Ensure that the area constantly meets with health, safety and hygiene standards and our health, safety and environmental policies and lead and manage the safe evacuation of all visitors in the event of an emergency
Be the first point of contact in your area to manage and resolve customer concerns/complaints including safeguarding, escalating as necessary and supporting accident and customer complaint investigations
Provide training, coaching and feedback to area team members to aid development and performance management, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage resources (e.g., stock) to ensure effective service to customers
What you will bring

A high degree of interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to positively interact with all levels of people in a professional and courteous manner and act decisively when required
Confident with presenting/demonstrating/public speaking
First-level team leadership skills
Manage and thrive in pressure situations, particularly associated with large numbers of people
Competent organizational skills – able to plan and organize people and tasks effectively.
Good numeracy skills
Continuously work with a high level of energy and drive at all times
Please note this position is based in our Clinceni Plant.
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
