The Dell Security & Resiliency organization (SRO) manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. We design and implement network and security technologies for organizations. As part of this team, you will help choose the right IT tools to maximize the effectiveness of deployed defenses and rapidly troubleshoot impacted systems.

What you’ll achieve

As a Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist, you will support and deliver on initiatives in Cybersecurity’s Identity & Access Management compliance program by responding to audit inquiries and troubleshooting highly complex, intricate compliance problems which includes working on multiple issues/projects simultaneously.

You will:

  • Acts as a point of escalation in complex, critical situations and lead/direct junior staff

  • Utilize, request, and implement tools to verify and validate that assurance levels are set and met

  • Proactively Investigate and identify issues impacting compliance

  • Research risk and options to drive assurance and propose changes to Access related corporate standards

Essential Requirements

  • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management solutions (Sailpoint), Database solution tools and Active Directory

  • Cloud compliance experience

  • Ability to develop documentation or data analysis

  • SAFe Agile methodology

  • Process engineer experience

Desired Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years relevant experience; or equivalent experience

  • Industry-standard audit or cybersecurity certification from ISC(2), SANS, or similar entity
