We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Electrical Engineer with experience in performing high voltage electrical tests;
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Creates the necessary documentation to perform the product quality control on flow and final electrical tests, as specified in the client's requirements;
Uses specific equipment according to internal procedures, both inside the Electrical Test Laboratory and outside the Electrical Test Laboratory, in the temporary work points inside the production workshops;
Provides the quality control team with the necessary documentation for the control operations (electrical tests), carrying out the training of the quality controllers;
Internally authorizes quality controllers in order to carry out electrical tests;
Keeps records and is responsible for the validity of the measurement equipment used in the laboratory;
Registers the non-conformity reports of the products manufactured in the appropriate system;
Participate in periodic production problem solving meetings;
Collects and documents the results of the electrical tests necessary for the product quality file for the client.
Support customer meetings or audits when required
Support Q-framework, QMS and ISO audits as required
Support RCA's & CAPA plans for internal & external defects
Required Qualifications
Engineering bachelors Degree, electrical or electrotechnical field
5 years of experience in manufacturing or quality control
Knowledge of written and spoken English at an advanced level
ANRE authorization is an advantage
Experience in high voltage electrical tests
The ability to integrate and work in a team
Strong oral and written communication skills
Romanian language is mandatory, work permit for Romania is mandatory
Desired Characteristics
Experience dealing with customers
Preferable knowledge of generators repairs
Knowledge of RCA and CAPA tools such as [5WHY, Ishikawa, PDCA, A3, 8D, etc]
Knowledge of quality core tools (ex.: APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC)
Knowledge of international electrical testing standards
