Oracle Process Lead HR Services in BUCHAREST, Romania

Job Description

What will you be doing :

  • Involved in HR processes and support for candidates, employees, managers, HR at regional and global level.

  • Analyze data on given processes to produce trends, identify and plan improvement areas.

  • Use data to challenge status quo and define proposals for improvements.

  • Develop and act as Process Expert, Regional or Global Process Owner.

  • Coordinate with various teams to prioritize and solve HR queries.

  • Facilitate discussions on complex topics, collaborate and drive towards solutions.

  • Participate in team huddles and meetings to identify opportunities and drive Continuous Improvements.

  • Participate in escalation discussions and apply problem solving as defined per methodology.

  • Document opportunities identified and work with managers/leads to drive action plans to results

  • Facilitates meetings as Problem Solving expert

  • Help teams understand (which method to use, how to do it, help facilitate)

  • Perform regular internal quality audits and RCCAs.

  • Produce and deliver presentations based on data analysis to stakeholders, partners or leadership.

  • Produce and deliver regular or ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.

  • Deliver trainings to colleagues, employees, managers, Recruitment, HR.

  • Participate in UATs and implementation of new systems or tools and/or enhancements of existing systems.

  • Identify, define, document and share best practices within the team and cross teams.

  • Produce and keep process documentation and best practices up to date.

Projects :

  • Involved in or coordinate projects that drive innovation or process improvement

  • Produce and manage project related documentation, roadmaps, status dashboards, communications to stakeholders;

  • Apply Continuous Improvement and Change Management methodology on projects, initiatives, deployment of new technology (HCM, Oracle Cloud Recruiting, tools, etc.)

Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Customer-service oriented, putting yourself in the customer’s shoes while looking for solutions to their queries.

  • Skilled problem solver with demonstrated analytical ability to assess complex data to identify trends and themes to propose improvements.

  • Ability to represent a problem to others, and how to work with them efficiently to solve the problem. Ability to educate others on complex disciplines.

  • Gets excited about systems, processes and constantly seeks improvement opportunities. Is comfortable working with multiple applications simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently and effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work. Able to multi-task, manage projects, and handle daily operational tasks simultaneously.

  • Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.

  • Diplomatic and influential partner with management, business partners, and other key stakeholders.

  • Contributions or lead for various projects.

  • Practical experience working in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.

  • Strong knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools and methods. Knowledge of Oracle systems a plus.

  • Ability to work across different time zones and regions.

  • Expert with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).

  • Bachelor's degree.
