HOA Concierge Security Officer
Requirements for this role:
3+ years prior Concierge experience only
5+ years residential Customer Service experience
lift up to 40 lbs.
Microsoft 360 proficient
Experienced with Time management and resource management
Business Professional Attire
Proven skill in developing relations with guests, vendors and internal departments
Associate or Bachelor's degree Required in profession
Phone etiquette
Access Control proficient
Understanding of Digital Logbook: Packages, Events, Incidents, and Vendors
Experience with KeySmart lockbox
Frontline SIA license holder
Experience of working within a regulated area
Sorting post, franking post, receive and dispatch post, ensure the courier dispatch log is completed accurately, book last minute courier request and complete end of day manifest for specific courier
Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in the basic English language
Must be available to work, varied shifts and flexible schedules
As a seasonal property, long hours during peak periods sometimes required
Able to reach, lift, carry, push, pull, grasp, manipulate or otherwise move objects 20. Light work standing and walking frequently for up to entire work shift
