Grundfos Chinese Speaking S2P Program assistant in Budapest, Hungary

What is the job about?

In 2024 Grundfos will implement a digital system driven solution for managing Indirect spend End-to-End from definition of need to invoicing, or from Source To Pay (S2P). The purpose for the S2P Program assistant is to provide administrative support to Source to Pay program implementation, on activities related to supplier data, processes, systems, in close cooperation with the Category Management. The tasks will mainly be in relation to Asian suppliers where cultural understanding is essential and Chinese language skills is desired.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Find and confirm contact data for all supplier for SAP Ariba implementation.

  • Data management: review, qualify, optimise and complement purchasing related master data on suppliers.

  • Support data, information collection/discussion and sharing with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

  • Collect, create and maintain master data in the new platform, vendors, classification of materials and commercial conditions data in general.

  • Collect material from suppliers for online catalogues, Purchasing cards, templates preparation according with project needs, and populate that system with the materials.

  • Build adequate level of process knowledge and expertise.

  • Support data transparency activities and reporting activities.

  • Support on a variety of tasks requested by the program implementation.

Your background

We imagine that you have:

  • Fluency in Chinese and English written and spoken

  • Digital proficiency

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office as well as various internet search engines

  • Experience with SAP is an advantage

  • Other Asian languages are an advantage

  • Positive mindset and Can-do-attitude

  • Deep understanding of Asian culture

  • Polite and clear communication with stakeholders and external suppliers

  • Systematic, structure, and quality-oriented way of working, following instructions & procedures

  • Ability and willingness to work in a team environment

  • Distinct flexibility and capacity to work under pressure with regard to function and time

  • Sense of duty and responsibility

  • Willingness to acquire new skills as well as to work persistently on repetitive tasks

  • Analysing mindset, writing and reporting

  • Understanding of the order flow and related procurement processes is an advantage
