We are inviting you to join Howden and become a trusted and valued member of our Service Delivery team, which is based in the Budapest Shared Service Centre . As a part of this vital team, you will have the opportunity to support numerous exciting projects in addition to your day-to-day tasks and engage in exciting and challenging work that will help you develop your skills and expertise.

The main purpose of the role is to execute on maintenance requests for user and setup data in various systems used for operations. In the case of migrations be able to support ad hoc data clean up and migration requests. Support users with process queries during stabilisation periods. Professionally support requestors with system related questions.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Action on system ticketssupport in a timely manner

  • Execute on workflow requests for system data entry/updates in a timely manner

  • Prioritise and execute on e-mail requests for access/system setup question

  • Support ad hoc request for mass data input/updates during migrations

  • Provide administrative support for system users in the expense process

  • Work with user data entry/updates in AX, D365, SAP, Basware

  • Work with user administration in KDS NEO, HSBC Bank portals

  • Maintain process documentation

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • University or college degree

  • Strong analytical skills, structured way of thinking and acting

  • Competent Excel skills and general IT literacy

  • Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, ability of systematic problem solving

  • Experience with IT support or administrative roles is an advantage

  • Conversational English is a must, but any other European language knowledge is an advantage

  • Strong drive for process documentation and improvement is an advantage
