Accenture ABM Capabilities Operations Manager in Buenos Aires, Argentina

As the ABM Capabilities Operations Manager, you will play an integral role as a key member of the Client-Facing Capabilities team, within the Marketing Capabilities & Agency Operations function of Delivery Excellence. You will be responsible for shaping the strategy, implementation and operationalizing of our ABM capabilities. This person must foster a deep understanding of the objectives and goals to provide strategic planning, requirements, implementation, and continued roadmap for our ABM capabilities. In this role you will focus on delivering our content to our clients in new ways, including the end-to-end content supply chain and personalization within our various channels (.com, mobile app, email, etc.). You will be helping define and develop the capabilities to deliver on our ABM strategy end-to-end in an industrialized approach for efficiency, effectiveness, and scale.

Our ABM program aims to create personalized and world class client experiences that generate measurable business outcomes. Our focus is on our ABM capabilities to deliver customized and personalized content to our Clients for an optimal and cohesive Accenture client experience. This involves defining and developing what tools and processes we need, understanding the various client touch points, and defining the ABM channel approach and technology roadmap.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Distill complex problems into understandable elements for technical capability mapping

  • Define and deliver the technology solutions for the ABM capabilities to meet our defined vision and roadmap

  • Collaborate on the development of viewpoints and hypotheses for processes, operations, and technology infrastructure within or connecting to ABM capabilities based on research, demo’s, and evaluations to present well thought out recommendations

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to verify and build out business requirements which will evolve into the technical requirements and roadmap

  • Ensure capabilities and processes meet procurement, data privacy, legal, etc. requirements and standards

  • Resolve issues that come up (e.g., delays in delivery, accidents)

  • Manage the design, development, QA, user testing, implementation (end to end)

  • Oversee the ongoing day to day operations of the ABM capabilities

  • Work with change management team for training and roll out plans, and ongoing optimization releases

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines

  • Responsible for collaborating with senior marketing managers

  • Critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems

  • Use straightforward communication, when influencing and connecting with others

  • Able to read adapt and use superior storytelling and communication skills when influencing others

  • Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas

    Work Experience

  • 5+ years B2B experience in marketing

  • Experience:

  • Managing ABM capabilities and operations

  • Developing and executing ABM strategy and personalization

  • Managing campaigns and digital marketing

  • Working with cross-functional / extended teams

  • Researching, evaluating tools, and drafting technical requirements
