    How do you excel in this position

    The Collections Specialist is responsible for leading credit and collection activities with support from the business units' operating teams, as necessary . This individual will be expected to meet DSO targets established for each business unit along with the creation of monthly metrics/dashboard for management reporting.

    What are we looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 5 years of p roven customer service and/or collections experience.

  • Experience with monthly reporting (DSO).

  • Working with ERP system or similar.

  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
