The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, sanitary, safe school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Sweeping, dry mopping, wet mopping, and buffing floors

• Sanitizing student desks

• Cleaning and sanitizing lavatories

• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen area

• Shampooing and spot cleaning carpets and rugs

• Emptying trashcans and taking garbage out to dumpster

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous cleaning experience

• Background clearance to work in a school

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous custodial experience in a school
