Job Description:

The Patient Access Supervisor is responsible for the daily Supervision of the Patient Access team. Continually reviews changes in processes on payer requirements and provides on-going education materials. Perform regular auditing of registration staff and appropriate follow up on lack of performance or adherence to policy and procedure. Coordinates a variety of functions related to patient Admissions and Registration. Initiates and facilitates communication between the site departments on matters related to Patient Access, to provide quality patient services.

The Supervisor is also responsible for 24/7 patient related issues, throughout the facility to support clinical leadership, including but not limited to, issues related to Labor & Delivery, direct admits, order discrepancies.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

HS Diploma/GED required. AAS or Supervision in Healthcare, Business or related field required. 3 years of customer service experience. 1 year of experience in registration, knowledge of Health Insurances preferred.

Salary Range:

$45,102-$67,598 annually Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
