What will you be doing?

• Contact customers to determine payment status.

• Assist customers in making payments

• Resolving customer issues that are deferring payment.

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to customer and company data

• Make 60-80 calls per day to customers regarding payments
