Robert Half Legal is working with an extremely stable, well-established law firm based in the San Fernando Valley. The firm is looking for an attorney to come in join its tenured team. This attorney will be focused on healthcare litigation. The role will involve handling a litigation caseload with most cases going to arbitration.

Responsibilities of Role:

• Taking depositions

• Law & Motions

• Will training on managing complex healthcare claims from A-Z as long as they having strong litigation experience

• Dealing with binding arbitration (AAA or JAMs) LA or SF

• Doing calendaring with legal secretaries and pre-lit department

• Negotiating with clients and hospitals

• Legal research

Compensation:

• Salary range – 190-160+ DOE

• Bonus – Discretionary bonuses

• Benefits kick in after 90 days

• Medical covered by firm, small copay for dental & vision care

• Major holidays off, 2 weeks’ vacation

• 401k w/ match

  Requirements

California Barred

Local to Los Angeles - must be able to come onsite occasionally. Firm is in the San Fernando Valley.

2+ years of civil litigation experience.
