Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution Senior Manager, Multi-Platform Marketing in Burbank, California
Reporting to the VP, Multi-Platform Marketing, the Senior Manager, Multi-Platform Marketing will serve as the bridge between our platform distributors and partners across the Walt Disney Company leading the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth and reinforce the value of Disney’s television Networks; ABC, Disney, ESPN, Freeform, FX, and the National Geographic Channels and studio properties including; Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century Pictures, and Searchlight Pictures
This role will be responsible for leading a team to drive ideation, development and execution of platform/distribution partner campaigns that are designed to; support the pay TV ecosystem, increase usage/viewership of our linear networks content and drive revenue through the promotion of theatrical and television content across traditional and emerging platforms.
Lead a team providing guidance on the preparation, development and delivery of fully integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns designed to drive brand awareness/affinity for TWDC brands and support partners’ acquisition/retention efforts.
Build strategies, establish KPIs, gain partner buy in and oversee execution of integrated marketing initiatives that leverage our partners’ reach to promote our linear networks, TV Network apps and transactional content to compliment Network/Studios paid media efforts.
Lead strategy development on film and TV ownership promotions, both studio/network and partner led, and ensure approved titles are merchandised and that campaigns are effectively post merchandised to Sr. leadership.
Oversee client relationship management with senior level executives and provide strategic direction on partner marketing initiatives with our top MVPD and OTT device platform distribution partners
Responsible for career pathing and development of direct reports and junior team members including goal setting, coaching and mentoring.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders in Distribution Sales to establish Key Account plans that support Platform Distribution business objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in Business Strategy and Research to monitor pay TV subscriber trends, share viewership insights and track transactional revenue performance by partner against forecasts.
Work in close collaboration with other LOBs, ensuring internal synergies alignment with cross company priorities to draft off and support Company’s marketing initiatives.
Basic Qualifications :
A minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Marketing, with minimum of 3 years’ experience in client management
Deep knowledge of pay TV/video landscape and the evolving media consumption habits
Strategic thinker with good communications skills
Creative mindset with the ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions
Strong stakeholder management skills

Required Education :
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent. Marketing degree preferred.
