As the Innovation Kitchen Baker, you will support the Pastry Chef and Lake Champlain Chocolates Flagship Store General Manager in the production and presentation of our cafe items. You\'ll execute the morning bake of our pastry menu and set up the Pine Street Store cafe 2-3 mornings per week. You will support the Pastry Chef in scratch production of our menu and any other necessary pastry production. You\'ll ensure a clean and safe kitchen space.
