The Business Development Manager will implement the marketing and business development plans of the firm focusing on health care provider relationships, attorney relationships, associations, and local events for our Bellingham, Burlington, Marysville, and Wenatchee offices. 

This role requires a leader who is passionate about advocacy work, can work independently with a high level of professionalism, and has the skills to lead others in the business development process. They will be a partner to the attorneys and referral sources of the firm and, thrive on making connections. 

*This full-time position requires daytime travel within Snohomish, Skagit, Island, and Whatcom counties, and quarterly overnight travel to Chelan, Douglas, and Yakima counties. It is expected, to achieve success in this role, that the Business Development Manager will spend up to 80% of the time in the communities where we serve with limited in-office time. Office hours can be completed at our locations in Burlington, Bellingham, or Marysville, Washington. *
