Overview This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fastpaced warehouse operation Responsibilities * Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery * Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices. * Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders * Track each load accurately * Accurately count all pallets * Maintain pace of pallet configuration * Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets * Identify priorities and coordinate resources * Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers * Recommend process improvements * Coordinate picker and loader team * Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps * Embrace and promote a culture of stack, wrap, strap * Other duties as Assigned Compensation and Benefits : * The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950 based on a full-time schedule. * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan. * Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends * This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
