Title : Account Executive - Freelance
Location : Toronto, Canada
Role -
The Account Executive will manage day-to-day activities of assigned account(s), while coordinating effectively with the internal team, clients and partners on development of brand tactics. The AE must have excellent communication skills with both clients and internal departments. The AE must be a proactive person who can multi-task, coordinate tactical implementation with the Agency, foster a positive team atmosphere, and be a leader.
Responsibilities -
Demonstrate an understanding of Client's business and Agency assignments
Develop knowledge of Client's goals and vision -- both the brand itself and the people involved -- and interact appropriately
Continue to build mastery of marketing/advertising concepts
Manage time effectively, meet deadlines, attention to detail, and set priorities for specific assignments, especially when handling multiple projects
Prepare and update client status and financial status documents for client
Develop agendas for Client meetings
Be familiar with the codes and requirements of the country’s regulatory bodies (PAAB/ASC/Health Canada, OPDP).
Complete PAAB and Veeva submissions
Document client discussions and action items for team review, including contact reports and status reports and follow up on action items with team/client to ensure completion
Communicate direction/Client feedback to creative staff clearly and concisely
Respond to both internal and external client requests promptly and appropriately
Review estimates vs previous projects and present project timeline and estimate to clients, and manage revisions with clients, recognizing scope change and know when to escalate
Foster a positive, productive team atmosphere and establish credibility both internally and externally
Qualifications -
University degree
1 year healthcare agency experience or comparable outside experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Familiarity with basic business principles

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
Hourly rate: 35-45/hr CAD
