Protenergy Training Coordinator in Cambridge, Maryland

Job Description:

About the Role:

The Training Coordinator role at the Cambridge location provides support to the Training Supervisor, LMS Manager, and Site Steering Team to develop and maintain current all hourly training materials and track training for all Site Employees. Youll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining skills capability matrix for site, under direction of the Training Supervisor
  • Tracking site training completion and skills gaps
  • Coordinating all training across site; both classroom and on-the-floor
  • Building well-written technical training for production equipment and/or lines
  • Facilitating training to frontline operators
  • Communicating effectively with all levels across site
  • Using photographs, drawings, diagrams, and charts in training material to increase users understanding
  • Adjusting facilitation style to meet the needs of the audience by selecting appropriate training mediums, such as manuals or online videos
  • Revising training materials to keep up with process improvements
  • Deliver accurate training/documentation under tight deadlines

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent Monday through Friday role.
