Forklift Operator - second shift - FORKL005716

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain daily log and assigned checklist of assigned forklift. * Perform routine driver's check on fluid levels and general condition of forklift. * Load/unload or stage materials as needed to assure production flow. * Operate a forklift in a safe manner. * Complete material requisitions as required. * Accurately enter time and labor reporting daily. * Work safely and maintain a clean work area. * H.S. Diploma or Equivalent. * 1 year experience in a manufacturing position. * Must obtain forklift operator's authorization (company training provided). * Basic knowledge of manufacturing orders, parts and raw materials. * Ability to follow clearly defined work instructions and work independently. * Ability to sit for approximately 10 hours per day. * Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. approximately 3-5 times per hour. * Ability to lift 85 lbs to change propane tank on forklift 1-2 times per day.
