Part Time - Hybrid

ABOUT YOU:

This role provides a broad variety of administrative assistance and customer service support to Jostens Canadian teams.

YOU HAVE:

  • Technical skills. Working level proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) is required.

  • Attention to detail. Strong project management skills and ability to work with multiple priorities and deliver results in a timely fashion. Resourcefulness and ability to identify opportunities for efficiency.

  • Great communication skills. Demonstrated focus and passion for delivering great customer experiences.

  • Outstanding team player mentality. Ability to maintain professional presence and attitude, and display flexibility and enthusiasm, contributing where needed to help ensure team and department objectives are met. Ability to work a flexible schedule.

  • Organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, multi-task.

  • Experience. Customer Service experience. 3+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant or similar.

  • Education. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Preferred. Relevant post-secondary education (e.g. AA or BA/BS in Business, BEd or related field) in progress or completed.

    YOU WILL:

  • Monitor incoming calls, messages and mail, handling responses as independently as possible.

  • Create, maintain, update, and reconcile files and calendars to support the location.

  • Work individually and as part of a team to carry out assignments and direction.

  • Prepare various documents, reports, and/or presentations.

  • Manage routine processes and correspondence, reports and research as needed.

  • Order and maintain office supplies, forms, and business cards for the department. Order catering for meetings as needed.

  • Assist with reconciliation of accounts.

  • Organize and maintain the office.

  • Perform various customer service duties, such as order entry, tracking and follow-up, assembling and shipping orders.

  • Prepare orders for shipping and arrange shipment.
