Job Title: Operator

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Operator for a full-time position from 7am-5pm, Monday to Thursday, with optional overtime on Fridays. This role involves operating and assisting with high-speed presses, troubleshooting machine malfunctions, and ensuring quality control. You will communicate with production staff for job coordination and machine adjustments, manage setups, teardowns, and changeovers, and operate machinery to deburr staples. Candidates should be prepared for physical demands in a non-climate-controlled environment.

This is a fully on-site position in Canton, Ohio.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a relatively small shop with about 13 employees on the production floor. It is not climate-controlled, being hot in the summer and cool in the winter. The setting is designed to have a family-type atmosphere, fostering a supportive and successful environment for all team members, with multiple machine lines across the facility.
