IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR LINE COOKS IN CANUTILLO, TX! Job Summary: As the line cook, you are responsible for managing the cook station through proper station setup procedures, as well as receiving and communicating guest orders, preparing and plating menu items to meet our quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. You will also be responsible for preparing food items such as tostadas, flautas and more. *EXPERIENCE: NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, employer will train! *EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent, or currently in High School *LANGUAGE: English, Spanish to be able to communicate with customers, etc. *DRIVERS LICENSE: N/A *REQUIREMENTS: ***

• Ability to lift or move 50lbs
• Hand coordination and dexterity for rapid productions
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time of up to 8 hours
• Must be able to perform simple math calculations and understand units and measures
• Availability from 10am-3pm or 3pm-9pm or both
• Availability on weekends
• Be able to increase urgency and work pace during high volume periods
• Must have food handlers certificate or ability to obtain food handlers certificate

JOB DUTIES:

• Refill and rotate food items as needed throughout the day
• Maintain work area clean and organized
• Prep food items such as rolling flautas and frying chips
• Prepare food orders to customers specifications in a timely manner
• General cleaning duties such as sweeping, and mopping
