A national non-profit organization headquartered in Carmel has an immediate opportunity for a PART-TIME Accounting Support Specialist. The Accounting Specialist will work approximately 22 hours per week in office. Hours can be worked anytime 8:30AM - 5PM Tuesday through Friday so long as they maintain a fixed schedule. This is a contract to hire opportunity.

Day to Day Job Duties Include:

• Posting member payments for accounts receivable

• Processing vendor invoices for accounts payable

• Preparing bank deposits

• Maintaining vendor and customer records

  Requirements

• 1+ years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience

• Experience in QuickBooks or similar software preferred

• Intermediate Excel proficiency

• Ability to multi-task

• Excellent communicator
