Description
We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator in Carson, California, United States. The position involves coordinating a small team, developing relationships with stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring timely completion of various tasks in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating a team of multi-skilled operatives and monitoring their performance.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors.
• Assisting in the management of contractors on site and ensuring they perform to the required standards.
• Assisting in the procurement of vendors and services as required.
• Supporting in financial processes to ensure all financial management requirements are completed timely and accurately.
• Managing purchase orders in the internal financial management platform promptly and accurately.
• Assisting with monthly accrual reports and monitoring finance trackers.
• Conducting site inspections, assessments, regular audits, and implementing safety procedures.
• Assisting in the implementation of the property risk management program and following industry best practice operations.
• Keeping the premises in neat and good working condition at all times.
• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Following established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
• Providing support for regular management reports and projects as required.
• Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience in managing operations and implementing procedures
• Ability to conduct auditing and financial reporting
• Knowledge of finance and accrual accounting principles
• Experience in procurement and managing purchase orders
• Familiarity with risk management practices
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and partners effectively
• Understanding of facility management and safety guidelines
• Proficiency in using monitoring tools and conducting KPI reporting
• Experience in managing property and implementing agreements
• Ability to meet set targets and perform ad hoc financial tasks
• Knowledge of conductivity implementation in facilities
• Experience in vendor management and procurement processes.
