Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Controller to play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of their construction company client. This will be onsite in Cartersville, GA.

Responsibilities:

*Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the construction projects

*Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for improvement

*Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

*Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

*Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure accurate cost tracking and project profitability

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets

*Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes

*Prepare financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management

Strong knowledge in accounting principles and financial reporting

Financial software and ERP systems CPA null
