As a Maintenance Supervisor supporting production onsite at our Cary, NC facility, you will play a key role in delivering maintenance programs and processes essential to our plant operations. You’ll develop and motivate your team, build unity across all work teams, and identify opportunities to produce great food more efficiently and effectively. You’ll work directly with the mechanics and electricians on your team and report into the Maintenance Manager for the site.

This dynamic role combines leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. As you work closely with site leadership, you will be exposed to various managerial roles that could provide growth opportunities. This position works on night shift scheduled for 6pm – 6am on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule which includes every other weekend off.

• Driving Efficiency - Use problem-solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve or mitigate maintenance issues. You’ll take particular care in diagnosing issues and hammering out successful solutions.

• Impacting Results - Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principles.

  We’re Looking for Someone With

• High school diploma or GED and related work experience

• Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP software

• Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
