We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Content Producer to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse with expertise in video editing, animation, production and post-production management, utilizing tools such as Unity Game Engine, Unreal Engine, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive experiences

• Manage the entire production process from concept to completion

• Utilize Unity Game Engine and Unreal Engine for interactive projects

• Edit and enhance raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects

• Conduct and edit interviews to create compelling storytelling content

• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in multimedia content production

What You Have (Skills and Experience)

• Proven experience in video editing, animation, and multimedia content production

• Technical Excellence: proficiency in Unity Game Engine, Unreal Engine, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), and Final Cut Pro

• Effective Communications: Strong storytelling skills and the ability to craft engaging narratives

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Top Candidates Will Also Have

• Experience with 3D modeling and animation software

• Knowledge of interactive storytelling techniques

• Familiarity with audio editing tools

• Passion for gaming and interactive media

• Consulting skills and customer focus

Additional Details

• Work locations: Dallas, TX; Cary, NC; Peoria, IL

• Caterpillar operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring 3 days per week of in office work in one of the locations listed above (this is not a remote role)
