Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Production Operator for our Nutritional Department to ensure our products are processed and packaged with precision and in a timely manner. The role involves performing sanitation on various areas, monitoring quality assurance controls, analyzing products, and maintaining accurate records. A key part of the job is operating equipment safely and efficiently, inspecting infrastructure, and notifying management for maintenance needs. The position also includes occasional forklift operation, with no prior certification required.

Work Environment

The work environment is a highly automated production facility focusing on safety. Conditions can be extremely hot, exceeding 100 degrees, and involve exposure to moving parts, fumes, and loud noises. The role requires standing for long hours and handling various weather conditions. Work schedule includes alternating work weekends and requires wearing steel toe boots, lab coat, pants, and hair/beard net.
