JOB REQUIREMENTS: Armstrong-Goss, Inc. (d/b/a Amish Craftsmen Guild II) seeks Showroom Supervisor to: Oversee retail showroom, including leading design consultants and managing showroom appearance. Sell Amish-made furniture, outdoor accessories, and customized merchandise to customers in retail showroom. Work with Old Order Amish Crafters within their unique cultural boundaries. Schedule and lead training sessions for design consultants, including training on furniture items, computer systems, sales processes, sales scripts, and new products. Assist sales staff in making sales and with final paperwork. Manage staff scheduling and time off requests. Schedule design consultants for events in conjunction with showroom needs. Show inventory, close sales at shows, and coordinate follow-ups on sales quotes. Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of furniture and accessories. Plan and book events to showcase high-quality furniture products, including booking required booth space, hotels, and outside services. Coordinate event schedule and manage booth set-up. Set up and attend leadership meetings; prepare meeting notes to share with team. Work regularly with Excel and Microsoft Office. Schedule includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. 3 months of sales and supervisory experience required. Valid driver\'s license required.
