Recruiter for Civil Construction

Department: Earth & Utility, Concrete and Asphalt Paving Job Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Exempt Reports To: Human Resources Manager Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 Salary Job Summary Elite Surface Infrastructure is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled talent acquisition professional with a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role is crucial in building our high-performance team and supporting our company's growth. Work Schedule Monday to Friday 40 hours a week, able to respond after hours and weekends. Also able to attend special events (job fairs, internship, trades shows. exc.) which occasionally may require longer hours.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidate performance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs. Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to manage the recruitment process. Contribute to the development and implementation of recruiting strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting. Strong sourcing and networking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Other Requirements: Clean Driving record and the ability to pass a background investigation, and drug screening. Able to access State & Federal Facilities

Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for civil construction industry. Bilingual language skills. Certification in Human Resources (HR) or recruiting.
